If we’re a good fit, we can schedule our first session, either in-person or online via a secure platform. Before your session, I’ll send you an intake packet that you can fill out electronically. During our first session, you can tell me more about what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to get out of our time together, and I’ll tell you more about EMDR, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and other forms of therapy that might be helpful.
From there, we can set up ongoing weekly sessions at a time that works for you. Everyone is different, so the amount of time you spend in therapy will depend on your unique needs and goals.
